Charles "Chaz" Ezell is one you might

call when you need an infusion of creativity. With over 20 years in Consumer Food Sales @ General Mills Inc., he has held several account management & team leading roles. Generally recognized for resilience and creative 
problem solving, Charles business development  efforts have revived soft customer trends, enforced fair practices within his area of responsibility, even breaking ground with  previously untapped business partners.

His personal journey from near 10th grade high school drop-out, to Dean's List college graduate; subsequently charting a career with his favorite Fortune 100 Corporation, offers inspiration and confidence for a broad audience of both students and adults. 

While working in several different consumer markets across the U.S., he also developed two privately owned businesses operating today. 

As the Owner of Sound Decisions! young musicians performance & recording studio, Chaz coaches youth to consistently exercise their musical gifts, empowering students to own their musical future.

In 2006, he launched College Search Coaching, a consulting service that targets high school students in need of College Admissions & Financial Aid direction. We coach specific practical steps most parents & students don't understand, placing teens into contention for this highly competitive arena. CSC demonstrates that a college education is within financial reach of every family that
"desires" to support their student's future earning potential!

During 1996-99, Chaz and his wife Elsa served together on Arizona's Regional Leadership Team with Family Life Ministries. 2007-08, he served on the Board of SouthTexas missions organization, 
One Way International, which focuses on splintered families of San Antonio, Texas and invests missionary support to partner Churches abroad in Kishnev, Moldova as well. Fall 2010, Chaz joined forces with Calvary Kids Mentoring, investing personal one-on-one time with at-risk youth to support their challenges today, and to strengthen their dreams for tomorrow!
