Charles "Chaz" Ezell is one you might call when you need an infusion of creativity. During his 30 year career @ General Mills and Goya Foods, he held several account management & team leading roles. Generally recognized for resilience and creativity in solving challenges, Charles' development efforts revived soft customer trends, encouraged fair practices, breaking ground with untapped business partners.
From a near 10th grade high school drop-out, to Dean's List college graduate; subsequently charting a career with his favorite Fortune 100 Corporation, his story offers inspiration and confidence for a broad audience of both students and adults!
Observing increasing needs in mentoring for youth, he's launched two privately owned not-for-profits aligned primarily as both education and youth focused.
Sound Decisions! young musicians performance & recording studio is the vehicle used to coach youth for two decades in exercising their musical gifts, empowering students to own their creative & musical future.
College Search Coaching, launched in 2006, is a consulting service that targets high school students in need of College Admissions & Financial Aid direction. We coach specific practical steps most parents & students don't understand, placing teens into contention for this highly competitive arena. CSC demonstrates that a college education is within financial reach of every family that "desires" to support their student's future earning potential!
Charles and his wife Elsa have served together across numerous Chrstian mission teams, coaching, and personal growth initiatives including Family Life Ministries in southwest region's church conference leadership. Grateful to have worked with multiple Arizona / Texas megachurches during development and expansion. Also
serving on the Board of Texas missions organization for a season. One Way International focuses on splintered families of South Texas and invests missionary support to partner churches abroad in Kishnev, Moldova as well.
Charles has invested deeply with Volunteers of America, Teen Challenge of Texas, Calvary Kids Mentoring, and Big Brothers Big Sisters to understand at-risk youth, supporting their challenges today, and strengthening their dreams for tomorrow!
Elsa currently serves in missions focused church efforts in San Antonio, Texas.
